RICHARD MACLEAN - Managing Partner

Richard is a founding partner of Frontier Capital and has more than 18 years of experience making investments in and advising growth companies. He is a former director of several privately held companies and currently serves on the boards of Peak 10, SecureWorks and Anodyne Health. Richard has a wide range of experience completing numerous private capital and M&A transactions as both principal and advisor. Prior to co-founding Frontier in 1999, he was a partner with a private equity firm based in North Carolina and before entering the private equity industry, he held investment banking positions with Bank of America and Chase Manhattan. Richard graduated from the College of Charleston and received his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
